(“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile platforms, digital services, ride-booking services,
marketing platform, and all transportation-related offerings provided directly by SIP Luxury Transport
or through our network of independent licensed and insured contract drivers (“Independent Operators”).
By accessing our services, booking transportation, or using our website, you (“Customer,” “Client,”
“Renter,” or “User”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
SIP Luxury Transport operates as:
- An internet-based marketing and advertising platform for transportation and rental car services.
- A provider of in-house, company-owned vehicles and company-employed drivers.
- A provider of licensed and insured independent contract drivers (“Independent Operators”).
We facilitate transportation bookings, vehicle rentals, and ride coordination between customers and
qualified drivers.
2. Independent Operator Disclaimer
Some rides or services may be fulfilled by Independent Operators. These operators:
- Are not employees or agents of SIP Luxury Transport.
- Maintain their own insurance, licenses, and operational authority.

Are solely responsible for their driving performance, conduct, and compliance with state/local laws.
SIP Luxury Transport serves as the connecting platform and is not liable for acts, omissions, damages,
or negligence caused by Independent Operators unless required by applicable law.
3. Booking, Payment, and Fees
3.1 Payment
- All rides, rentals, and services must be paid in full prior to service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept major cards and approved digital payment methods.

Additional fees may apply for tolls, parking, cleaning, damages, extended hours, or extra mileage.
3.2 Deposits
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to confirm reservations.
3.3 Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur full or partial charges depending on the service type.
- “No-shows” are billed at 100% of the scheduled service cost.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate booking information (pickup, drop-off, passenger count, luggage, special needs).
- Treat vehicles and drivers respectfully.
- Avoid illegal, dangerous, or abusive behavior during service.
- Refrain from smoking or prohibited activities in company or operator vehicles.
Customers are responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their party.
5. Safety and Conduct

A customer is violent, intoxicated, disruptive, or endangers the safety of the driver or passengers.
- Passenger count exceeds vehicle limits.
- Illegal substances or prohibited items are present.
Drivers may terminate service immediately if safety concerns arise.
6. Limitation of Liability

SIP Luxury Transport is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues,
accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service booked.
7. Insurance
- Company-owned vehicles and in-house drivers are insured in accordance with state regulations.

Independent Operators are required to maintain their own commercial or personal insurance as applicable.

SIP Luxury Transport does not guarantee the coverage limits of Independent Operators.
8. Vehicle Rental Terms (If Applicable)
- Renters must present valid ID and proof of insurance.

Mileage limits, fuel requirements, and damage policies will be outlined in the rental agreement.
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were received.
9. Website and Platform Use
- Misuse or attempt to disrupt the website or booking platform.
- Use copyrighted content without permission.
- Submit false information or fraudulent bookings.
10. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information for booking, communication, and service delivery.
We do not sell your personal data.

11. Changes to Terms
